Childcare

Yes, we have implemented and designed a weekly themed curriculum that's posted in Procare for parents to review. We also use the Circle Curriculum. Our curriculum focuses on fine, gross, cognitive, arts and craft, social and emotional, physical, creative expression skills which enhances a child's growth, learning and development areas. Daily reports are sent to parents upon signing their child out for the day, this include meals, learning, lesson plan theme, moods, naptime, incidents, notes, videos and pictures (not daily but weekly depending on the schedule of that classroom). Please note pictures and videos is a courtesy from the center we want to ease your mind while at work and be a voice for the children but sometimes the days get hectic and we don't have the time. Please bare with us in the event you don't receive one for the week.
We also give out assessments every 3-6 months depending on the variance of the learning segment in each class. This will give parents insight where they're child progress stands. We will discuss the highs and the lows.
Conferences are scheduled from the center as needed or by parent request. If in person is a conflict we can schedule a phone conference with all parties present, (owner, director, teacher and parent).
Breakfast, lunch, snack, supper. Our menu consist of chicken, fish and turkey, we do not serve beef or pork. We do say "Grace" before our meals. Parents are welcomed to send their child with their own food for meal times.

The Texas Rising Star program is a quality rating and improvement system for child care and early learning programs in Texas, administered by the Texas Workforce Commission. It helps programs meet higher standards than the state's minimum requirements, and it certifies them at different levels (Entry Level, Two-Star, Three-Star, and Four-Star) based on these quality metrics. The program benefits both providers and parents by ensuring higher quality care, which in turn helps children be better prepared for school.
Program overview
Quality focus: The program aims to improve the quality of child care and early learning programs to enhance children's development and promote school readiness.
Certification levels: Programs can earn certification at progressive levels: Entry Level, Two-Star, Three-Star, and Four-Star.
Provider requirements: To participate, programs must meet specific criteria beyond the state's minimum licensing requirements, including standards for health and safety, nutrition, parent involvement, and staff qualifications.
Mandatory participation: All child care programs that receive funding through the Texas Workforce Commission's Child Care Services (CCS) scholarship program are required to participate and achieve at least the Entry Level designation.
Benefits: Certification lead providers and helps parents identify high-quality programs for their children.
